🌮 Spicy Black Bean Tacos

📝 Ingredients
(Makes 2–3 tacos)
1/2 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder (or more if you like it hot!)
Pinch of salt & black pepper
2–3 small corn or flour tortillas
Optional toppings: avocado slices, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, lime wedges, hot sauce, or vegan sour cream

Heat the beans:
In a small pan over medium heat, sauté the black beans with olive oil and all the spices. Cook for 5–7 minutes, lightly mashing some beans as you stir. Add a splash of water if it gets too thick.Warm your tortillas:
